CALLING ALL CRAFTERS!!
Save Korean Dogs USA Foundation is looking for donated homemade items for our summer/4th of July Craft Fair. We know that many of our SKD supporters are very talented when it comes to crafting, and our past Craft Fairs have been full of artistic, creative and beautiful items. If you or someone you know is interested in donating one or more handmade items, please contact
All items should be new and in good condition. Any type of handmade item is welcome, and items with a summer theme are encouraged. All the proceeds raised from the Craft Fair go directly to the care and support of our dogs at the SKD sanctuary. Thank you so much for all you do to help the dogs!
EMPTY CAGES PROGRAM
Empty Cages Alternative Careers Program will be funded through corporate, government and nonprofit grants, as well as private donations. Partners in the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors will provide the training, guidance and support required to assist with creating opportunities to launch new careers
This project is dedicated to all companies that intend to help our organization: in exchange these companies will have advertising on this our website.
The cost for one month of advertising is $ 100

We often organize events and campaigns in the korean cities to shut down dog meat farms and slaughterhouses.
We always need your help ans support
🐾✈️WE ALWAYS NEED FLIGHT VOLUNTEERS✈️🐾
WHAT IS A FLIGHT VOLUNTEER
This just means you will be letting a dog fly with you as 'Extra Baggage'
A dog rescued from the dog meat trade will be safely delivered to their furever home because of your compassion.🐾💙🏡
SaveKoeanDogs will take care of all fees and import paperwork, and guide you every step of the way.
🐾 A SaveKoeanDogs volunteer will meet you at the ICN Departure Terminal with the dogs.
🐾 The dogs will be checked in as Extra Baggage.
🐾 You will be given the import paperwork.
🐾 Upon arrival at your destination you will collect the dogs along with your luggage in the Baggage Claim area.
🐾 You will show the Customs Officer the import documents.
🐾 The Recipient will be waiting to pick up the dogs at the Arrivals Hall.
Flight Volunteers must be 18 years old, have a valid passport, and have enough time at the destination airport to clear Customs with the dogs, and to meet up at the Arrivals Hall to hand over the dogs and paperwork to the Recipient.

Save Korean Dogs USA Foundation is seeking applications for the following open positions ***
Director of Communications & Community Outreach
While previous experience is beneficial, we will train candidates to be successful in their positions. Life is all about trying and learning along the way!

** Applications for Director of Communications & Community Outreach will be accepted until the position is filled.

** REQUIREMENTS for the role of SKD USA President
- U.S. Citizen
- Proven Leadership/ Management Experience (this experience does not need to be with a nonprofit)
- Creative and Critical Thinker
- Proactive, rather than Reactive
- Honest and Operate with Integrity
- Ability to ensure the Organization remains Compliant with all Legal and Financial Obligations
- Ability to lead the Organization's Planning Processes
- Ability to establish Priorities for the Organization and for Individual Board Members
- Ability to preside over all Board Meetings
- Ability and Dedication to serve as an Ambassador to the Organization and Advocate its Mission
- Ability to carry out the Additional Duties of any Open Board Positions until those positions can be filled
- Ability to recruit and train incoming Board Members
